OUR GOAL AS A CENTER
::MISSION::
Cebu Creative Learning Systems is a tutorial center with
tutorial programs that were designed to accommodate student academic needs
through individual and group tutorials. We provide for the people of Cebu City and others who seek to excel in
their academic performance and ultimately earn limitless possibilities of
success. Our programs are meaningful and relevant, emphasizing both the
liberal and professional aspects of education. Within this context, the center
provides limitless opportunities for successful learning to all who apply
consistent with the philosophy of education and learning. Our mission is to
produce students who will become competent, productive and contributing
citizens to the Philippine Republic.
Cebu Creative Learning Systems is charged with contributing
to students' academic success. The fulfillment of this charge incorporates
several areas of emphasis:

providing a variety of tutorial
services--grounded in sound educational theory and practice--that promote
students' academic achievement;
ü
hiring qualified professionals to
work as tutors and training them to apply effective research-supported tutoring methods;
ü
continually assessing current
tutorial formats, resources and services;
ü
developing partnerships with
school-based instruction, tutorial service, and other student support
providers, primarily through exploring and developing effective tutoring and communications
strategies and then sharing those tools and interventions with the students
and tutorial communities;
ü
attaining a significant tutorial and educational presence in Cebu City, emphasizing also services for
adult learners and providing for the re-certification needs of
professionals.

enhancing healthy academic competition in the school, with an
increasing emphasis on the participation of all students;
ü
develop tutoring as an integral part of the school’s
programs and cultivate relationships in different schools across the city;
ü
continuing to build a culture of global excellence and awareness
through internationally focused teaching and learning activities and by
cultivating collaborative relationships with international programs, and
other global opportunities for learning.

Our Tutorial Core
The Cebu Creative Learning Systems is an instructional
program and a multi-discipline tutorial resource center with different
study skills programs. The center specializes in at-home one-on-one
tutorials at the convenience of the student in his/her own residence and
group tutorials in attendance of 3-5 students.
The Cebu Creative Learning Systems provides
developmental instruction for all kinds of students; they also offer
supplemental and stimulating instruction for students interested in
developing and improving particular reading, writing, English, foreign
language, mathematics, and computer skills.
The center offers tutoring for a variety of academic
courses. The center recruits and trains professional tutors and coordinates
tutorial services to students, individually or in small groups. Choose from

Our Philosophy and Core Values
Cebu Creative Learning Systems, a progressive,
comprehensive, private tutorial center, is committed, foremost, to academic
excellence and intellectual competence. Freedom of expression and inquiry,
the exchange of ideas, cultural activities, intensive tutorial instruction,
and numerous informal events of the center combine to ensure that each
student receives a thorough and marketable tutorial and education. The
center recognizes that education is attained, in part, through the
activities of the students themselves. It strives to provide and maintain a
corps of scholars, lecturers, and educators dedicated to the enlightenment
of mankind.
To this end, the tutorial center endeavors to:

in the present academics and academic performance of the student.

ability to make practical application of knowledge.

Backgroud
The Cebu Creative Learning Systems was developed by a
team of experts (teachers and other professionals) as a joint project in
seeking to provide individualized and group learning assistance for Cebu
City students in elementary, high school, college, and to foreign students
(for ESL).
Tutors are available for a large number of subjects, and
all tutors are highly-qualified, recommended and trained. Qualified
professionals are hired to meet specific needs of the tutees.
Individual at-home tutoring and group tutoring are
available to all students regardless of present academic performance or
level.
