We are currently sourcing the following listed positions. Internal
applicants who meet the minimum qualifications can hand in their

Tutor
*must have proficient English communication skills
*has very good presentation skills
*has very good interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
*is at least 18 years of age and a college student with above-average
academic performance
*is willing to work within a flexible schedule with a minimum of two (2)
hours a day
*is willing to be assigned anywhere in Cebu City proper
*can facilitate learning, act as a liason between students and faculty, and
integrate how to learn with what to learn
*agrees with the following statements:
- Being attentive to my tutees' needs shows my commitment to the
students.
- I am expected to
be on-time and show up for every scheduled appointment.
- I must call my
tutee if I can not make a session.
- I need to keep
proper documentation regarding my tutoring hours.
- I will keep the
directors informed of any questions or concerns in dealing with the tutees.
- I understand
that what goes on in The Link is confidential.
All potential tutors are required to attend tutor
training regardless of experience or expertise.
Primarily, our tutors meet one-to-one with students all
across Cebu City proper and are matched with
consideration of geographical location and available hours. Tutors also can
help in one of our Group Sign-up Classes.
In addition, tutors should enjoy working with
students.Your job requires time, preparation, and enthusiasm.
